For pipes being a pain you sure made them look easy! this model is very nicely done! the only problem I have with this is not the model itself actually... but your composition!!!
You spent an awful lot of time and effort getting this to look as great as it does, why stop there? Just with some ray shadows, 3pt light setup ([link] ) and an infinite bg ([link] ), this would look as wonderful as the modeling is!

Thanks for the tutorials they really helped. I Managed to get it to look pretty good but it took a long time to render. Several hours and even then my computer kept freezing. But eventually I got it done. If you want to see it it's Here Thanks again.

Good eye. I did indeed use the mirror modifyer on the chassis(pipes), first time I really used it. The pipes were really hard cause I wanted all the joints to look realistic, fortunately I found a good tutorial online that allowed me to do that and make the chassis all one big piece.
Thanks for commenting.

Yes it does.
Here's the Link A word of advice I would give that isn't mentioned in the tutorial is about removing doubles. Sometime's it's good but other times it's best to leave the vertices as is to keep the desired effect. I found out that removing doubles sometimes ruins the effect of pipes.
If you have anymore questions feel free to ask me and I'll help out if I can.
