This was actually in the works long before my Thor back when I was using 2.49b. However my Thor project has sort of sandbagged me witht the complex uvs and I'm trying to sort that out. So to help get me out of the mud so to speak I finished up this little project. It's not perfect of course but not bad. I missed doing the shiny vehicles I had done before.This was actually inspired by This Pic done by I though about what kind of vehicles would be used in that time period and eventually the hover quad was conceptualized.

Nice work. The lights are really good. The style fits very well with those characters too. One thing though .. why is this on the ground!? It's a "hover" quad.
