Description The A. L. Killaly pushes "frazzle ice" (slush) under the surface ice of the Bay to prevent flooding of backed-up water onto city streets from the Bay in the coldest months of the winter.

The boat was built in '42 and once towed barges in Nova Scotia.

I waited an hour and a half for them to dock so I could talk to them. This was part of a school assignment.
