Description
So might not be any special but this image is really important to me, as I´ve sort of ended up feeling trapped or forced to always use references the past years no matter what I draw, no matter if it´s for work or hobby projects it turned into a part of the workflow. But this time I decided to just draw as in JUST DRAW. Sound silly, maybe, but I never do this anymore, I obsess too much over anatomy and lighting and composition. So this was a sort of breakthrough, of realizing Hey! I actually got a sort of own style! And also I don´t HAVE to use references for everything, even if the Storms legs ended up looking spidery thin and long and Jonahs body is a bit off it was still FUN!

Anyways, Jonah taking a short cut through the currently only field around his old run-down farm where he´s keeping the grazing rescues, he´s a grump and social recluse, but offers a home to any animal in need! (more particularly all my poor adopts that´s been neglected for too longXD) Aside from the thoroughbred Storm, who´s really taken a shine to him and follows him like a pup, there is also Vitas there in the background who is still very skeptical about any two-legs getting near him..
