Description
Cavalry horses used at my HARPG stable, the Caligo fort, a breed derived from Friesians, but always white or grey of color, with blue eyes and minor additional markings, and much larger in size. They are cold resistant horses, with large hooves and long legs, capable of treading snow hours on end. They are very herd dependent and are always trained at minimum two at a time, forming strong bonds with other horses, but don´t get very attached to humans. They are bred for war, intelligent and trained to be brave when bullets fly and fire roars, their smooth gaits keeping the soldier steady to aim a rifle or sword blow. Any horse showing characteristics undesired for the task, or any color variation too dark to camouflage against the snow is gelded and sold off, or if the winter is harsh, eaten. The foals dark in coat then quickly graying as they reach the end of their first year.

**there, team horses added, so much fun, gonna be even more fun starting the actual comic!*^*but for now preperations! AND! if any of you want a Hibernis horse give me a shout out, these are just something i came up with becuase I figured it would be easier to explain in the comic aaand because having pretty much identically looking horses will save me an immense amount of time for backgrounds^_^ This breed will never be a pay or points thing, would love it if you characters came up to the fort and paid my caroleans a visit while getting your horse though^_^
***yaay, the entire team done! and yes, they are all stallions, the mares are kept at the stables for breeding, as the Hibernis horses take longer to mature than a usual horse, the mares also very commonly give birth to twins.
