She very badly wants to be a normal witch girl, but her status as basilisk makes this difficult for her, and also makes it hard for her to connect with others. She's a very sweet girl, but this also makes her rather naive.

As a basilisk, Xiva is capable of absorbing and feeding on magic, however she has a limited range and must be close to her target.

Xiva is able to change her shape into anything she chooses, however, she needs magic in order to utilize the ability. As her reserves run out, it is harder for her to maintain her disguise.

History:
Xiva was part of a batch of basilisks that were brought back from extinction by Emperor Belos, along with the help of his coven, in order to study their ability to extract magic from living beings. Labeled as subject Number 14, Xiva was put through various experiments where she was forced to extract magic from living creatures until they were completely drained, which she heavily detested doing. Eventually, Xiva, along with Vee and a few other basilisks became fed up with the inhumane tests and escaped, going into hiding afterward.

later after seeing some Hexside students, she want to experience what it's like to be a Student, so she took the form of a female witch from the image of a story book and put her self in the Potions Coven.

as she enters the school, she tried (and fail) to not stand out, until she came a cross with Principal Bump, Xiva thought that her cover was blown, until she was taken to a class, to her confusion, she was then was seated next to Selene Helion who became her close friend.

with a lot of exciting adventures with Selene and her other friends, Xiva felt like she can trust her, and show her Basilisk form, with Selene promising her she will keep her secret.
