Description
I usually draw Zeon Mobile suits, so here's a land-type GM, ala the 08th MS Team, the bread and butter Federal Forces mobile suit built using data from the RX-78 Gundam. They seem to hold up really well in battle, more than a match for the rank-and-file Zaku II I have to admit.Drawn from observation (mostly) on a HGUC model kit I have, then some liberties taken with the shading - and subsequently the clean up, contrast, etc. - for a more dynamic look.

This is definitely one of my favorite non-Gundam mobile suits. It looks more human than others, and it performs well too. Good work!

I don't produce near as much as I used to, but I try to at least improve on the quality aspect.
I think War in the Pocket still beats 08th MS Team, though, by a slim margin.... 08th team did a really good job of realizing mechanized warfare on a more human, and much more down to earth tactical level. 0080 showed what kind of damage a dedicated special forces team can do in the end-stage of a losing war.
