Description Late Mesonychidae in varying degrees, have similar features, and so the skull of the Mongolestes with a relative accuracy can be recovered by looking at the form known complete skulls of the Sinoplotherium, Mesonyx and Harpagolestes.

I've seen this skull. It is strange hook-nosed. Then the upper skull (also crushed) is a straight line of the nose. Okay, I will review and compare with the skulls of other family members.
