Beautiful style! Great decision to change the colours a bit, that makes it look more interesting. The only tip I could give to you is drawing the iris a bit clearer, but that´s just a minor detail

I love this drawing you've got a real natural talent. Firstly I'd like to say that I personally think your choice of colours is absolutely perfect, some parts do appear really colourful but I actually think that works really well, it really helps to highlight important features on her face and really makes the artwork appear to be 3D. The only area where I would suggest a little bit of improvement on the colouring could be achieved would be just below her chin becuase I think the harsh shadow does work well, however it could perhaps be blended in a bit more to her neck. The only other thing I would perhaps suggest is that her eyes coudl be a tad smaller as I personally think they're a bit too big. That being said though you do have a wonderful talent for drawing eyes they look exceptionally realistic.

Overall this is brilliant so very well done

I think this a pretty interesting piece!

I do like the colors, for the most part. I like that you chose blue and magenta for  shadow colors- that's bold and it worked!
However, some parts of her face appear to me to be too saturated and dark when other areas are very light. The light source seems a bit inconsistent. 

I'd also fill out her hair a bit more. Her hairline is outlined in a bold black line in some areas and some places it's not. I love how there's an outline right on her outfit though! Very nice!

I also think that you could slightly adjust the anatomy to more closely match Shailene Woodley's facial structure.

I really enjoy how you've experimented here. I think it works and it just needs a bit more refining to really pop some more!
