It's a bust-like sketch. I only meant to include the torso, head and arms. He has legs, of course, but when I was drawing it, I guess I felt like it would've been too much to add them.
This is an early work drawn at a time when human anatomy was really difficult for me to handle. I've been improving since then.

it gives me an idea to make a creature by using its hands as it legs etc. I am terrible when it comes to drawing humans, so i prefer creatures, monsters, machines or alines..sometimes animals.

That does explain why you draw a lot of those creatures, like the skelks.

no. the skelks were drawn a 2 years later before my initial commencing on the series of Arta. They are plan B
