I find there's definitely a difference between making comics of characters vs. of friends and what not. Β I always really notice when my friends don't look right in the comics (and blegh they rarely do). Β I also always worry that my conversations are too much inside joke and too little, uhhh broadly applicable humor? but i generally get decent responses to these kinds of comics so I would still recommend it =] plus the people who get into the comic usually get a kick out of it (i think!)
there are sadly no waffles in my house but I'm gonna go shopping soon so all shall be well.
