They're a pre-release version that a friend of mine had ported. As I'm still testing them out, and with his request, they're not to be publicly released yet since they aren't entirely finished. I believe he said that he ported them from Halo Waypoint's armor customization app, but I could be wrong.

Regardless, they'll be up for download when they're ready, likely on SFMlab (just be advised it does also have NSFW and Adult 18+ models like nude characters as well, so be sure you meet the requirement before logging in.)
