Citation please? In many instances, humans and Sangheili have developed relations, of course non-romantic, but there's nothing wrong with asking "what if" or providing fans with a little bit of fan service.

Not technically; their augs reduce their sex drive, but don't take them away entirely. Spartans, IIIs especially, can have sex and Spartan IIs have reportedly been able to have children.
