TOOK ME 50 YEARS BUT HERE'S THE NEXT PAGE!Cain reveals his fathers plan and Prim beings to understand he's not playing some nasty joke on her and frets about what to do.
Since I'm sure the words may be confusing in the first panel, it goes like this

"But my father is planning to exile you. He'll tell you that the pack will care for Cedar and Raiden but he's lying."
"He plans to kill them because of who their father is. I spoke out.... and he did this to me."
