I am trying to shade this but I have had the flats done for a while. I really like the screentone filter so I popped it on there for now.BAsed on the Crisis Make up transformation sequence in Sailor Moon.

As far asI know in the early versions of moon, she had pink hair/it faded to pink so since I was going with the comic book tones and junk I though why not 6v6;; lmao

I think she had full pink hair, but they converted it to blonde for the anime so it was more "relate able"
I read that in an article somewhere after seeing this drawing by Naoko: mangastyle.net/book2/2-06-07.j… (and another where she is in her sailor fuku I can't seem to find)
It explains why Chibi Usa has pink hair though ;D
