PART 18 OF ACTIVE APRILWhen I first thought up this project, Candy's drawing was the very first one I thought of. She's essentially my main character, so it makes sense I'd gravitate towards coming up with her drawing early on. So I've been waiting awhile to draw this one.
Since Candy's on the girls' basketball team, I knew she had to be playing that for her drawing. I thought a slam dunk would be a fun pose to draw her in. The anti-gravity of the situation goes well with her family being from space.
I also updated her basketball uniform. Her number is now "23" and it also shows her team nickname, "CD-ROM."Candy (c) RosalinasSoulmate

I'm now imagining she would use the anti-gravity thing to her advantage on certain occasions outside of basketball. I mean, the pose looks very fitting, since her parents are from space (and how her mother is the guardian of the Lumas and of the cosmos).
