CHICKEN and SAUCE
Place chicken breasts in a covered saucepan with chicken broth and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes, turning once.
Remove the chicken and keep warm. I did in my oven on its warm setting.
Pour more chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. In a bowl combine sour cream and all purpose flour then whisk into the broth. Add dill weed, parsley flakes, and thyme to the sauce. Simmer until slightly thickened.
RICE
Follow your rice-maker's instructions appropriate to the type of rice you are making.
VEGETABLES
Steam for 15 minutes or microwave with some water for 10 minutes. Follow your device's instuctions.
