The recipe this was adapted from was from a Diabetic's cookbook.

In a pot with a small amount of cooking oil on the bottom, sauté on medium heat diced onion and celery pieces with garlic powder until the onions are soft and translucent. Add chicken broth, diced potatoes, and diced carrot. Bring to a boil on high heat. Then add diced Salmon, condensed milk, half and half cream, and dill weed. Bring to another boil on medium-low heat and cook until the potatoes are soft (about 20 minutes). Reduce heat and simmer until ready to serve.

I had some. It's delicious.
