RO fanart yet again, yes, but...how long has it been since i did a cel-shaded CG?
sadly, i accidentally pulled a JSC with her waist on this one and didn't realize it till it was pretty much finished.
anyway, this would be my iChaos sniper!

look, is there a better way to fill in colors in spots on a picture than with the pen tool? im really tired of having to color with that thing but i cant seem to use the paint bucket too well

normally i fill in colors with a pen tool but at a really huge size. the only time the paint bucket tool is good for it is when your lineart is at a super high res, and aliased (i.e. pixelly. that way, the paint bucket will completely fill each area and not leave any white fuzziness near the lines)
you can also try using the magic wand tool to select areas, and if your lines are thick enough, before filling the selection with color you can hit select > modify > expand, and expand it by a few pixels. (of course, you gotta do this on another layer so it doesn't kill your lines, but enlarging the fill area like this will also help eliminate those white fuzzy bits.)
hope this helps a little! it's harder to explain without visual aids.
