the wat the markings look give it a heat haze its very creative like ita on of the burning hot but yet some how comfy afternoons X3

I kind of got that impression, that it was in reference to heat reflecting off of it
or that it was stench from the odor of death, we some times associate with death. What I found most fascinating was the head, You managed to give a skull life. That was very well done

thanks i used reference from a video game character i like those lil shining spirites in them that gave off the sign of eye's and many other things that lurk with in him X3

and associations of work being compares to death does give that "its been their for some time now" kinda feel
if i didnt know any better i'd say your almost as good as my favorite show "bob ross"

Well Video game or not you have gotten some more alien creature there.
That is for sure a wild cool looking something or another.(laughing)
Like to blowed my mind when I seen it,It was like what in the world.
Made me slow and and do a double take at it One things for sureit got my attention and sure made me laugh when I seen all the detailing

Thanks for the compliment about Bob Ross, that was sweet of you too say
I've only got to see about 2 of his shows on PBS down here. Then they took and replaced it with some woman doing sewing and stuff. I wish I could have
seen more of his shows. I liked the way he painted but I really like the way he explained things while he was painting. I did get the way I do trees from him. He makes so much easier his way then the way I see some others show doing it. So I just keep on with that way. It was on the very first show I got to see. I really hated to hear he passed away a few years back too. He was
really a great teacher and painter I feel like.

lol he's no alien XD he's kinda like death but more powerfull XD

now about bob, he's the reason why i draw soo much. cause i cant paint but i draw instead XD he was a really cool guy.
i used to watch his show every time i came home from elemantry school ...
though i think he may be on dvd now.
but to me both you and him are pretty amazing .
i love painting soo much . but i dont have the skills to form backgrounds XD i cant even do detailed characters XD since i
seem to change my drawing style alot that when i draw .. how detailed or rought it looks comes at random XD i guess i was lucky with the death thing XD but most of the people dont seem to mind about my constainly changing style thing XD
its like an uncontrolable habbit i have :3

Changing styles is a good thing in most part.....but we can control our style once we learn what it is we want to keep... You are still exploring, and thats a good thing. When you find the right style you like and want you will also remember how and what to do to keep it. So don't give that a second thought about that just keep practicing and doing what you like to do. Thats the real trick. Doing it and being able to enjoy doing it.... relaxing with your work is important, but so is the emotion you put into it. and all pictures have some form of emotion..good and bad, positive and negative. But the one thing I feel
helps me is setting myself into the mood of what ever it is I'm doing. Seeing it in my head so to speak but more in my heart. If that makes sense? I never do anything if I'm not in the mood too....Thats forcing it and it will show.
So when I'm like that I read and or do something that will help put me in the mood. Painting isn't all that hard either....it's the same thing as drawing..
I never pre draw my stuff I do it all with the paint brush. I bet you would be one who would do well like that too. But acrylics is something you could play with and yes Play with..and learn to control the out come better them pencils. maybe you might sometime want to try that way out.just too see")

I'm sure every patient that looks this painting will feel a delicious peace inside.

My favourite part of this piece is definetly the background (meaning the sky and the blurry trees) and the water, it's amazing how well detailed you could make them with only shades of yellow!

Umm, with every single piece you add to your gallery, i love it more and more

Oh yes my dear. Being in a doctor's office or a hospital is dreary enough and I think the brighter colors actually DO liven things up. And I have a questionfor you just because I am interested in painting because I completely suck and I want to do some work with my watercolors. When you go to do a painting, do you sketch out a basic template onto the canvas, or do you just free-hand the whole thing? It is going to be a LONG road before I am at that point, but I am only curious as an aspiring painter. All my love.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

RoseEudy In reply to LadyAnime79 [2006-01-25 05:15:51 +0000 UTC]

I never pre do anything, but that is me.. for me the question is do I do it wet on wet do it dry. when doing water colors, and no it's not a long road ahead.
As I have said before to you. Get some "cheap" water colors and just sit down and play and see what you can do with them to start off with. Learning to control them is the first trick you want to learn. The rest of the ways is a lot easier. Or it was for me. But then I'm still learning too at what looking for or is whats easy for me.

But "Thank YOU" Sweetie for the lovely and sweet compliment along with the on these pictures. That means the greatest of gratitude's is sent your way. *___* smoochie's your way Mummmoy

Nay, I'm afraid my friend, you would fast grow tired and bored of the sweet quietness that lingers here. For this is a place of a much simpler life in time.
For there would be no bright lights and modern conveniences here to pamper us. Just simple times of days gone by and a beauty for the eyes to behold. It is as it once was of days long ago. When man moved at a slower pace and peace held more value then gold.

But I am trilled you liked it, and that means a great deal too me, and is appreciated dearly.

RoseEudy In reply to CEZacherl [2006-01-25 04:19:50 +0000 UTC]

OK, I trust You But there be no modern conveniences. like no inside potty.
No electricity, and no inside running water. No coffee makers or johnnies.
For some reason I find that too extreme for one so cultivated, as yourself.
NO offense meant. That is a life not many not born into can tolerate. I just have problems seeing you returning back to nature's ways of surviving.
Chopping wood, carrying water and out house's and all just for starters.

For this place is in no where's land where the raccoons come inside to visit on a regular basis. along with many other critters of the wild. That nest on the rivers edge. Or wonder down for water. But there are many such places down here, if you know where to wonder.
