Finally. FINALLY! Ubisoft had the balls to do an AC game in China!
And. AND! Another female protagonist!
Apparently, Shao Jun from AC: Embers gets to star in her own title
But. BUT! It's a half-assed, side-scroller, 2.5-dimensional game, WHICH PISSES ME OFF
I HATE SIDE-SCROLLERS (*cough* Like Elsword *cough*)
Literally every AC fan has been praying for an Asian-themed AC game and THIS IS HOW THEY ANSWER THEIR FANS?
A F***ING SIDE-SCROLLER!?
With all their resources, they could've made a full-blown, open-world DLC set in China (like AC4: Freedom Cry), but nooooo
I am a very, very sad AC fan

Waste of a good (and charismatic) female character. Waste of a good setting.
They could have gone full fan-service mode and made a REAL AC game in China
Or even a stand-alone, open-world DLC.
Something exotic and oriental, for a change.
But, yeah maybe Ubi's just testing the waters. I'll keep your thoughts in mind and my fingers crossed, my friend.

Almost every fan wanted China, its probably the most requested one and then they do this! And many people like Shao Jun. Plus she got that box from Ezio which is still a mystery now it popped up in Liberations and Freedom Cry. As long as they wont involve that in this... weird-ass game there are hopes for a game. If not then I think they just... rushed the story about that in this thing.
Sooooo lets indeed hope they just teasing us. Like they always do. And stab us in the heart with almost everything... which... they always do too...
