Yay!! I FINALLY posted this pic!! It was originally for Valentines day... gawsh I posted this a whole month late!!
But anyhoos, a couple months ago, ~Lilychan6 an I were talking about making fan art for the anime version of Powerpuff Girls; Powerpuff Girls Z; where three random girls got blasted with Chemical Z (no, not chemicalX...)

So, this girl's name is actually Miyako Goutokuji, and her super heroine self is 'Rolling Bubbles' not just bubbles...
In two episodes, they show her being with this childhood friend she had a crush on as a child, and at present time, she finds out he's been turned into a monster. He gets cured and they make a cute couple to me better than BubblesxBoomer. WAY Better, cause in the anime he's like three years younger. that's more than Drake&Anna

I gave them new outfits... obviously... this didn't take long but I'm happy with the outcome
I'd be upset if someone stole it... I should stop worrying right?

Self-Critique: Shading is nicely done, but the chocolate box/card thingy Miyako's holding has a contrast to the other colors that bug me. The flowers in Taka's hand are not the best things ever, but the petals are nicely spread.
Though the eyes look like Rumiko Takahashi's style, I guess I got used to Ranma style while drawing anime fan art..
