So mina loveberry true plan was to kill Eclipsa and globgor and wipe out all the mewnian monsters and their sympathizer and turn the kingdom of mewni into the solarian empire.

That right the real reason her goal for conquest because she restart the solarian warriors programs and correcting large mech like knight armours from the cross the land to take over the land of mewni by force.
Her primary targets are Eclipsa and globgor because may love each other 300 years ago and now may become rulers of mewni since may make the monster equities right she think the monster are invade the land and some of the mewman and the other kingdom of mewni are sympathize with them were act as traitors
She use yada yada berries to turn Eclipsa into a statue but it didn't work at all as one of the servant taste it.
At the near end of season 4 mhc use her to dethrone the queen of darkness so may solve everything and she use moon butterfly to create new solarian warriors ( although she refuse before she change her mind as the plan to reclaim her wand ) to begin the assault.
However mina loveberry does not like lose ends she use moon and the mhc as puppets to further her genocidal plans she want to murder Eclipsa butterfly and turn against moon butterfly.
