Hello! Disney movies are one of my biggest inspirations.
But for his particular set of illustrations I tried to run away from Ariel, because she is a
very remarkable character and I didn't want this mermaid to remind you of her.
That's why I looked for inspiration in old Little Mermaid illustrations.

It is unusual nowadays to see a Little Mermaid that is not to some degree Disney-inspired (read: not a redhead)
