Your use of foreshortening is impressive & it shows your flawless understanding of anatomy.
On the other hand, your use of coloring is also very interesting and appealing to the eye. The deep red and light blue contrast very nicely and the use of lighting puts attention in the important areas, grabbing the eye.
The character design is also very cute (especially the outfit!) so kudos for coming up with an adorable outfit (something I struggle with).
However, there wasn't really anything that stood out for me with the as much as the background and the character's surroundings.
Overall, very nice character, great composition, posing, and mood, your coloring is very smooth as well as your line-art. Lovely!

From what I can see, the anatomy/the proportions are perfect. The shading makes sense as well, I see where the light comes from. The colors you chose look very good, they are rather soft and nice to look at.
Everything looks very clean as well, and everything is really detailed, it looks like you spend a long time on every little detail.
Also, I haven't seen something like this before, so I'd say it's a pretty original drawing.
It's just really nice to look at this piece ^^

This piece is very lovely! It seems like it was well planned out, and it's very dynamic.
I'll start with the anatomy
it's almost spot on I would say, however if this character's foot is supposed to be planted firmly on the ground (it looks like it's supposed to be? I can't really tell) then the leg should be straightened out more, as opposed to how you drew it slightly bent, the other leg looks fine
and the torso, going by how the legs out should be straightened out more just a little bit as opposed to bent slightly forward, that pose looks like it'd be hard for the character to keep their balance.
Next, coloring
I love this style of shading. You used different hues, which is very good, and you added the shadows of the hearts on the character's hair/clothes as well, adding depth. I don't really have anything to critique on this
Overall the perspective is very good and the hearts flying around really pull the piece together making it look more dynamic and interesting. You didn't neglect them either, you shaded them very well which is very good
All and all this is an amazing piece, and you should be really proud of it!

I like the way you shaded certain parts of the pictures it looks very nice!
I love how the she has little heart like shaped in her eyes it really matches with the setting of the drawing!

I love your use of light, it makes the whole picture look soft and warm yet it remains clean and bright.
Your anatomy is perfect from what I an see, everything is well proportioned on the face and the body, the perspective you chose is also tricky but you have pulled it off flawlessly!

The perspective is what really caught my eye - it's so dynamic. It makes me think of a wind-tunnel, and she's just hurtling right along with the currents.
I'm also curious about the music notes. Are they shadows or markings on her ears?
Her outfit is ADORABLE! I don't know what it is about bows, but I love that giant, scarf-like aspect. Super cute!
I'm really into the color scheme too - it's so soft! I think the blues, purples, reds and oranges go well together (I could just be imagining the purples).
