I was actually Malvolio in Twelfth night, I played him in my school's play. I was the priest, too. That meant I had to quickly change quite a bit...

vaooov! amatör ruh her zaman var olmalı zaten. kolay değil her adımı tek başına yürütebilmek. 10 marifetin her parmağa birer tane dağıtılması durumu.

What I realized only a few moments after starting to look at this picture was that at first I hadn´t noticed there was a colour gradient in the background, as the colours merge so amazingly - they really managed to deceive my eye for a second! The composition of colours is really innovative, and I like the idea of depicting an entire course of day in a single picture, makes me feel like the picture was trying to tell the whole story of the play, too, which is the main purpose theatre posters are meant to fulfill, I think - apart of course from attracting an audience, which the picture does, too, as one is really curious to know what the relationships implied by the poster are like in reality ...
The most amazing aspect to me, however, is that one can see their expressions, even though there are no eyes - so cool!
In general I love that you decided to create such a modern, almost comic-like poster for such an "old" play - but I think this perfectly suits Shakespeare´s concept that had been ahead of its time, too, at least concluding from what I`ve seen by him so far ^^
And the movement within the piece is amazing, that weightless, light-hearted feeling it conveys ... and the fact that they´re all carried by nothing but the power of that single heart-shaped balloon representing love - beautiful idea <3 I like how it´s protruding from the frame you´ve given the picture, almost as if it was meaning to break out ....
I´m not all too familiar with the story, but all of them having black hair might stand for the fact that they´re equal with regard to their longing for someone to love them ... I like the idea of adding the floating silk hat to the picture which seems to represent the disclosure of Viola´s true identity as a female ... so much sweet symbolism in the picture!
Cool also how the characters`postures are all so varied - I`m especially amazed by Viola´s tender pose and even more by the twin on the right - his pose must have been a really complicated one to draw, but you did it perfectly! And cool how you managed to make it look like Viola and Orsino are further from the viewer than the twins - by that, the hills and the firs in the background there´s a feeling of depth and vastness evoked, which is underlined by the slight shading and lighting you added everywhere ... as for that, I`m in love with Viola´s jackett, it´s shinging so beautifully!
And it was just the right decision to not be drawing the poster on white paper but on a rather brownish one - makes the composition look so harmonic ^^ I`m also a fan of these little stars that seem to actually shine, and the warm night the blue sky makes me think of ... *dreams away*

To begin with, I wanna say that this is the longest and the most serious comment I've ever recieved. So, I couldn't express how happy I am now T^T To see that my work worths such a comment made me really proud of it, so thank you so much! It means a lot
It is unbelievable that you can do such a good criticism, you should really think on being an expert on criticism or an art critic, you're amazing. You have an amazing insight and have an unbelievable power of seeing (you know, seeing is not the same thing with looking). You saw many details on the work though it is not a detailed work.
"the picture was trying to tell the whole story of the play, too, which is the main purpose theatre posters are meant to fulfill, I think" >> You're right! I wanted to depict the relations between the leading characters. I should have put it in the artist's comment beforehand; the names of the characters: From top to bottom; The Love Balloon (there is no such character of course ), Duke Orsino, Viola clinging to Orsino (which shows that she is in love with the Duke), Olivia with her pink dress clinging to Viola (thinking that Viola is a man, she is in ove with Viola), Malvolio clinging to Olivia (the villain of the play, who is in love with his lady -Olivia- and fooled by the fake letter of Maria which is intented to coming from Olivia declaring her love for Malvolio, which is, of course, not possible), Maria the maid and confidante of Olivia clinging to her lady (who fools Malvolio with the letter) and Sir Toby the drunkard uncle of Olivia clinging to Maria (he is in love with the maid). Unfortunately I couldn't include Sebastian, the twin of Viola, as I had so little time and had a limit for the dimensions of the picture. So, me and my theatre team decided to include only the most important characters (though it is a play that every character has its place and function, you cannot exclude any of them from the casting, or the structure of the play falls down, Shakespeare was such a genius).
"The most amazing aspect to me, however, is that one can see their expressions, even though there are no eyes - so cool! " >> wow, that's exactly what I wanted to achieve, but only such a power of seeing like yours could see it , or you are so sweet
For all the other symbols that you've found, they all show your power of interpretation. You can be a great master f Hermeneutics (art of interpretation), seriously ^^
Thanks soooo much for your lovely comment. It means a lot to me and it will never be forgiven, trust me. You're a real friend
And also I am sooo happy that it made you dream ^^
