Final version of previous WIP of Natalie.I couldn't just leave it the way I previously had it, so I reworked all major parts of this over the past few days. Most noticably the now new background, but also lots of stuff on her face are changed. And the hair to the left doesn't look so silly anymore. Most the time I spent on shading her face thou... This took some additional 4 hours to the previous 4.
Tools (as always) 0.5mm HB mechanical pencil, 5.6mm 2B leadholder on a crappy printer paper (mental note to self: next time use a higher quality one!!), and I also tried paperstumps this time (to make the lips and eyes more glossy). And of course: I had a photo as reference (as always).
Minor cleanings and the sepia-tone in Photoshop after scanning.

wow..this is great..i love the expression you captured in her eyes..and on the lips too.. it is like she begins saying something.. the shading is great too although you should have put more on her neck.. GREAT

Ah. He he, now I know where I know your avatar from; the pencil club, right? Right. Well, at any rate.
Impressive, though a little too blurry for my preference, esp around the ear and neckline. The more I'm looking at it, the more I start thinking this could've been intended, but if it indeed was, I'm missing the point (happens on a daily basis, so it wouldn't surprise me 
I won't repeat what's been said about how the eyes and lips look great, cuz how many times can you hear that the eyes and lips look great before you get tired or hearing how the eyes and lips look great? But yeah.
Y'know, actually, I think it may be because of how sharp the eyes are, that some of the other elements look blurry.

And yep, I'm as versatile as it gets, or at least I'm trying to.
As to the blurriness, well, I can't say too much about it, since I didn't think about it too much when I did it.. It was just a quick sketch that ended up a bit too detailed to still call it a sketch, so I guess that's why some areas are a bit "underdeveloped".. In any case, I didn't even notice it really until you mentioned it.

looks pretty good , only the nose kinda blend (too much) with the face color
it need some emphasize imo

I see what you mean.. The nose was one of the parts I redid last thou (as in adding more shadings), and I had to because it was shining out too brightly. Oh well, perhaps I did it a little too much; hard to get the right nuance there.

Echt eine gute Verbesserung von dem bereits schΓΆnen WIP. Die Haare schauen jetzt wirklich viel besser aus, und auch die Lippen sind schΓΆner geworden.
Der Hintergrund und der Kragen von dem Pullover gefallen mir auch, beide geben dem Bild irgendwie viel mehr AtmosphΓ€re und lassen es "fertiger" ausschauen, mehr wie ein tatsΓ€chliches Portrait.

Yeah, vielen Dank! Bin auch viel zufriedener damit also zuvor (deshalb is das WIP jetzt auch gescrappt). Freut mich zu hΓΆren/lesen, dass die ganzen Dinge, die ich mir beim Γberarbeiten gedacht hab, auch wer anderer bemerkt hat!
