just thought i'd make a new character.also her last name is referencing to the eel's order of scientific classification order: Anguilliformes
eels may not be the most popular animal, but i also find eels quite fascinating, especially the eel larvae.

(NP, and forgot to mention in the comment above, yeah and also the octolings seen in splatoon&2 were mind-controlled by the DJ octavio and this fits into my headcanon & fan-fiction story as well, the octaraian force units were bio-engineered troops for DJ octavio from trimmings of octoling tentacles)
