Hmm, nice. The mouth is a bit hard to see at first glance, though. So what kind of new stuff are you doing here?- just to make a more educated critique if you want one...
I just notice that the anatomy is a bit more 3-dimentional in appearance, and that the egdes are very soft, and the curves are softly exaggerated...
As for the color, the final effect is a very subtle sort of shade using warm colors...
You really like that four-sided star brush, don't you?
Sorry, just analysing, but I don't really see any weaknesses...

Oh, and her anatomy is different for me. Her torso is more elongated, and her curves less extreme than I usually go them.
Overall she's taller/thinner/more streamline than I typically make my characters.

Yeah, them tablets defately give you a soft touch that the normal brick wouldn't. Everything really works for this piece, but I'd definately darken the mouth line little more, because at first I thought her nose was her mouth and she had an odd chin-wrinkle. That's probably just me, though...
But again, that subtlty is really nice! That sunlight also looks really good and just makes everything glow, which I haven't really seen with most people's dayshots. If you used this with your older style of anatomy, you can probably make some really dynamic group-shots...
Ah, yeah... well, that's about what I can say for this drawing without going into over-analyse land... well...

This was the first of the softly colored anthro drawings. I usually use a very vibrant, crisp coloring technique, but have explored this softer kind since I've had a tablet.
