Yes you can .......
press Menu,,,-- picture--
select ..... and show the mouse --settings .. ---
and will open the submenu, there, you press ...........-- hue / saturation--
pull the bars, and changes color

You are so talented. I wish you could do some tutorials for us to learn from you as well. Even if it was a video tutorial with no sound, to show how you use photoshop. But even if you can't do a tutorial, thank you for sharing your wonderful creations with us.

Thanks for your kind words ......... If I knew English, I could be happy, creating more work .......... my work is a toggle, between photoshop, and Illustrator, and it is this very big help.
  did not deal ever with video, and I do not know the issue .......... Thank you very much that you like my painting ..............
