Yah, I was just one when the movie first came out in Japan. haha Definitely been a while since the last time I saw the movie as well, however who knows how many time I've already watched the movie! Maybe I revisit the movie after watching this live-action adaption.

I believe Miyazaki Hayao based his movie on a book, however there are definitely several changes made in the Ghibli movie (like Kiki never lost her power of speaking to Jiji).

Thank you very much! Yep, a live action film is in production, it seems to based more on the original book rather than Miyazaki Hayao's Kiki. Either way, it's all good.
