Description
Darcy Shepard was a German Shepard who worked for the city's local police department, and was one of the most respected dogs in the PD. Her occupation has shaped her to be a rough, gruff and particularly tough dog who's never been seen to smile, aside from her family of course. She was brave, strict, and very open-minded, always looking for ways to end a fight before it could even begin.
She was one of the best dogs in the field, always catching villains and busting back-alley deals before they could get any traction. She once led her own platoon of dogs to defuse a bomb planted in a corporation building, with complete success and zero casualties. Many a cadet pup would look up to this steely-eyed wonderdog and she proved a proficient role model for those cadets during their training.
Alas, she retired from the crime fighting scene years ago, now at an equivalent dog age of 43, she was caught up with family matters. After being married to a Golden Retriever for twenty years, she has since raised two pups and loved them as much as a mother could. Though her elder daughter was a rebellious punk, her youngest son was a very well-behaved good boy, mostly thanks to his father.
In terms of appearance, she had a rather duller brown coat than most Shepherds, a trait she took from her mother. She was often seen with her K-9 unit collar, as it reminded her of the good old days. I may make a drawing with her wearing her full K-9 uniform someday, but not right now. Perhaps in another deviation, I might add that. I'm taking a break from robots to try my hand on more organic OCs.
