Well, I'm a few days late but here's my entry to St. Patchys Day 2015.I want you to know, PatchyFallenstar , that you are the most precious egg baby ever. If ANYBODY hurts you, they've got another thing coming.
I want to let people know, I'm not mad that some of you have problems with TWG. No body's perfect. But It makes me sad that all of this is being put on Patchy. She loves every one of you and she's not neglecting anyone or playing favorites. The admins get all the plot characters because they're the ones in charge of plots. In order to keep TWG one of the best warrior cats groups on DA, we only entrust our plots to admins, people we know we can trust who are devoted to the guild. This doesn't mean that we don't trust our members, but we can't give 'special characters' to everybody. On top of that, we admins get extra bonuses to help make the guild worth it. Running the guild is SUPER hard, like you have no idea. I've just become an admin and already, it's a lot of work and a bunch of stress. It takes up a lot of our time and we give ourselves little perks such as extra character slots and stuff to make it worth running the group for everybody.
I'm sorry for ranting but this has been really bothering me and i needed you all to know.
Please remember, If you have a concern to voice about the group, you don't have to be afraid of being punished as long as you're professional. We're not going to kick you because you said you don't like the way we run things. Just don't be mean to us, please!
Anyway, HAPPY PATCHY APPRECIATION DAY, EVERYONE
Especially you, Jess! Know that I love you very much and that I will always be here for you, if you need ANYTHING.

Anyway, in all seriousness this is really cool of you to do this for Patchy. I'm really sorry to hear that some people have been complaining and what not. This seriously is the best rp group and it is all because of the Admins. Each one of you is AMAZING! Being an admin must be extremely high stress. You guys deserve "extra/special characters" if not only for the purpose of creating plots for the guild to enjoy. Thanks for everything guys!

Ugh, people make me so sick. This was extraordinary of you to do this for Patchy! I don't think people truley understand how hard it is to not only run a group, but yo constantly go out of their way to create plots, characters and stories to keep all the members occupied. And I heard about someone saying her art makes people feel bad?!? Lmao, Okay wat? Honestly, I wouldn't be the feral artist I am without Patchy, she is literally my favorite feral artist and everytime she draws makes me wanna do better! Seeing that her art is above my level doesn't make me feel bad, it motivates me to match her! She's so wonderful and nice and sweet to literally everyone and helps out people so much, inside/outside the guild.
And as for you, you're absolutely perfect and she's so lucky to have an admin sad friend like you ouo we need more of you QWQ <33 but anyway, this picture's really deep. I love the lighting and everything else about it just brings out the raw emotion and will to protect. Superb job~!!

Wait, so the issue was that people complain about who gets the plot characters? I mean naturally it would be the admins or at least the ones who make up the plots or are most active, so it really escapes my mind how this could become a problem for someone. u_u
Not to mention bashing admins is the worst thing because they already have a lot to deal with, running the group and all.

Its not even nessicarily plot characters, but people are like "why can't I have a murderous apprentice or someone with dark forest cats in their head" and its like, because those are plot centric characters! You can't NOT have a plot come out of that

If they want to be in the center of their own story then joining an rp group is not recommended since plots there are for everyone and not only that but no one is obligated to abide by a single person's desires. The admins least of all.
If they're not happy with the way things are run then they can just leave the group. They're just making things annoying and tedious for everyone else
