Dahlia is a woman with a stork who appeared near the end of Endzone. Castle sent her to either keep an eye on Climber or bring him back (can't remember which).

Its really cool, you should find one near you. I've been to a Lord of the Rings con, which was cool, and I went to an anime con, which was the best! Nearly everyone cosplayed and I even met a few devs that I watch on here who were selling their art!
