Running, you realized that you were being chased. Veering away from your pursuer, you were able to lose them, or so you thought. Breathing a sigh of relief, you fell to the ground your Zanpakuto going back to its original form, which looked like a regular sword. Closing your (e/c) eyes, you heard a sound come from around the corner, and tried to get up, but your body wouldn’t cooperate with you, and stayed where it was. Wincing, you felt a sword hilt come down on your head, causing you to slip into unconsciousness.

~~~~~~~Toshiro’s POV~~~~~~~~

I watched as she ran past me, the (h/c) haired Soul Reaper turned a corner as I pursued her. She was smart, but not as smart as me. Bringing the hilt of my blade down on her head, I was able to knock her unconscious. Grabbing her, her body was small enough to sling over my shoulder. I found no reason to take her in, so I decided to take her to my room. Getting there was easy; she was easy to hide behind me whenever someone showed up. Laying her on my bed, I wondered about what I should do with her, and how long I should keep her here.

Looking at her, with her (h/c) hair, and her sleeping form, I couldn’t help but think that she was beautiful. You’re softening up too much Toshiro! Get a hold of yourself! He mentally yelled, and then looked the other way, listening as she stirred.

~~~~Your POV~~~~~

Waking up, your head was killing you. Looking around, you saw the white sheets over your small form, and then looked to see the short snowy haired man pacing. A C-Captain?! Your mind panicked, and you got up, reaching for your Zanpakuto, but felt nothing.

“I wouldn’t bother, I took your Zanpakuto,” He said, and then turned to you.

“W-Why am I here?!” You asked, shaking, knowing what the captain could do to you.

“Simple, you are a Ryoka, but you have the powers of a Soul reaper, a smart one at that, I saw no need to turn you in,” He said, his face emotionless. You looked at him with steel (e/c) optics, tinges if hate mixed within them.

“Why not turn me in?! Soul Society wants me dead anyways,” You snapped. He looked at you with a glare.

“Be grateful, you could be dead, you’re lucky that I took pity on you, and didn’t turn you in, I can now, if that is what you really wish,” He snapped, but made sure to lower his voice, as he didn’t want others to hear.

“Well, I’m off, try and stop me,” You said, and walked out, only to be pulled right back in. He had you in a tight grip, and put your Zanpakuto into your sheath.

“You’re forgetting something,” He whispered, and you blushed, feeling his arms wrap around you. His breath danced across your neck, sending shivers up and down your spine. Pushing away, you walked out the door again.

“I did forget something, thank you,” You said, and knew that this was not the last time that you would see the snowy headed soul reaper.
