Criticism is definitely welcome.Some of you may've heard about the recent announcement of Avatar: The Legend of Korra (learn more here: [link] ). It's a "sequel series" to the original Avatar: The Last Airbender animated television series. "Korra" is going to be the main character, and since I'm a fan of the original series, I thought I'd draw her. She's not drawn exactly to the released image, but I'm too lazy to fix the discrepancies.
Cel shading is actually kind of fun (this is my first time ever using it). I'll have to try it out more often.

Which series, the newer one or the original Avatar: The Last Airbender? If it's the newer one (which I'm assuming it is), you probably haven't heard of it because the announcement hasn't hit more popular media outlets yet, or because of how recent the announcement was in the first place.

As for anything else buggy, my only other complaint is also the design: the dress thingy bugs me; its positioning makes the legs proportion look off to me, though I know it's just the dress doing it. =/

Nicely done! This is very pretty and I love how you cel shade. (: I love the bubbles and how they are a bit blurrier in the front and become more crisp when they get closer to her. It might just be me, but it seems her lips are a bit to high. Or her chin is too long. Something seems a little off. (: Besides that, this is very well done. <3

This is very cool, I thought it looked a bit Avatar fan-art at first- never expected there's a new series coming out. And I do think your coloring style here is quite accurate to the animated series's. Athough she could be more buff and even more rebellious-looking lol.

The following petition represents us wanting M. Night Shyamalan to give us his ORIGINAL 2009 version of "The Last Airbender", which he filmed before Summer-2009....MUCH better than the version that's in theaters right now, which he filmed after the February-2010 reviews.
