Baha... Wow, what to say eh?
You kinda have to wonder if Goten is embarrassed or if he's confused as to why Trunks is touching his hair... lol.
I think the awkward smile explains it all... haha!
Apart from this being super cheesy and fluffy, I totally love it
I wish I could do better backgrounds... but eh! It'll do for now ^.^So this is dedicated to the small group of fangirls(and fanboys ^.^) who adore Truten/Toraten.
I realise that this probably won't get a lot of views and what not since Truten isn't that popular, but I totally adore them.
In honesty, they're the only DBZ yaoi that I really like... Well, the only pair that I think could possibly happen.
Now, I know that it's really far-fetched. I know that it's not what happened/ going to happen and Akira pretty much pointed out that they're not gay (the last Budokai Tenkaichi... hello?)... but you see... A fangirl is allowed to dream... So honestly, don't mind me ^.^ I'm just trying to add some more Truten pictures to the web >.>
Why I like Truten? Because it's the most possible/realistic. And because well, let's face it, Goten and Trunks are just plainly awesome.
If you're not into yaoi...I guess you could say this picture can just be filled with close-friendship... Maybe Trunks had one too many drinks (lol) and a touchy drunk? Who knows
Whatever floats your boat! I'm amazed I even finished this in one night. I haven't done this sort of colouring in a while... Sort of out of practice. I've been pretty busy doing fan-comics and mostly black and white stuff...

I'm not really into yaoi but I always imagined the two boys as being "confused" and not wanting to admit that they sort of liked each other as more than friends but deep in their hearts they knew they had feelings for each other.

Oh man, your opinions <3 Tehe :3 We should seriously have a super long conversation about Goten and Trunks
To be honest, I'll just say that I prefer it like that most of the time.(You know, them being straight but making an exception for each other.)
At first (when I was still thinking on terms of them as being friends/ haven't decided to ship them as of yet) it's pretty obvious that yes, they're *mostly straight* if not all. But after reading into them and deciding to give *them* a go (since I absolutely love them in the manga/anime and wanted to see what people thought of them/ all the interesting ideas people dream up in FF) my views slightly changed.
I started off reading fics that was related to them just liking each other... Like being straight with the exception for liking each other. And honestly, I preferred it that way for a bit... But, within these last few months I've been a bit adventurous and giving other fanfics that drift off from that area and drifts into the whole *one is fully gay* and etc... It sort of got me thinking about all the endless possibilities of what could have potentially happened between the two... Like for instance, could one of them be gay? Could they just be bi? Etc. Etc.
In the end I just went MEH and accepted anything that comes our way... But I'll always prefer the whole *mostly straight with an exception* rule... It makes stories so much more interesting... and it sort of suits their characters...
But, if you've gathered, Fanfics has been pretty much most of my influence... I haven't really yet sat down and had a deep thought about what my views of them.... Although I've tried writing my own fics of them, they all pretty much stick to what you had said above.
But seriously, dang, you just summed it up!
