yeah this is from an anime called "Keroro gunso" or "SGT Frog" as the funimation english dub called it^^!

there's alot of OC's of it people make and i'v even made my own spin off show on youtube
if u like anime like pokemon, digimon, hamtaro^^! then u will probz like this! XD its worth checking out
