The Partitionists are the 2nd gang within Karkos City, that resides in the city's junkyard. They are the only gang in the city with only a human majority

Overview:

Composing of humans from far-right ideology. The Partitionists are a hate group that targets Malinos and Blubbies, including their human allies. Carrying out their political agenda by shouting hate-speech and committing acts of murder, be it against perceived mixed race with rhetoric of Social Darwinism (thinking that humans are a much more superior race than the Malinos and Blubbies) and any human that is against their hate on Malinos and Blubbies are also targeted. Nontheless they pursuit in the goal of a Malino-free Hunliny. The Partitionists are also leaderless and disorganized.

Their relationship with Jerry Snow and Pretty Blood are very low considering the latter has Malino members, even one of the Partitionists consider Rinny, a "weak killer" and wishes Pretty Blood to be more human-oriented in terms of membership, basically they prefer Pretty Blood to have human members and not Malino nor Blubby members.

The audience of Pretty Blood Tv takes pleasure of watching the Partitionists get angry over the fact they didn't take their time with their unlucky victims.

After the death of Jerry Snow, that resulted in the shutdown of the Karkos City Snuff ring. The Partitionists have seemingly disappeared, but it is suggested that they are the only gang in Karkos City that didn't make it out alive and disbanded with all of its members killed by Pretty Blood, or to be used as experiments in their labs.

(Their fate is a reference to Jake from Hotline Miami 2)
