Also, for anyone who can answer, what is the background behind the creation of the Outsiders of E27 and what's their tactical role/function? Black Ops?
Cause if The Team is the Covert Operations Division of the Justice League, and the Titans are the training academy that houses the younger generation, with the Justice League at the top, then where do the Outsiders fit in? Β Lastly, I now know more about the Doom Patrol and the Wildcats, but who are The Losers? I remember reading that they are like a group of traveling soldiers or something? Also Β I just realized that I never asked, but what's the background, in comics canon and E27, of Oracle's team, the Birds of Prey?Β

Outsiders were originally founded to track down Jason Todd and bring him back into the fold.
Later, they remained a team to do that which the League couldn't or refused to do.
The Losers are sorta like the A-Team. There is a cool movie about them with Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Clay, Chris Evans as Jensen, Zoe Saldana as Aisha, and Idris Elba as Roque.

Well hey, this looks great, and I'm rather curious about why Jade showed up to Artemis's dorm room in 2012 though. Β I'm guessing that and more will be revealed in her Tigress Oracle File? I wonder what Artemis thinks of her successor Mia Dearden and if she ever got the chance to meet Arsenal before all the 2017 craziness happened? How are thins between her and Jade in E27? Also now I'm very curious: What's Earth 27's version of Thea like ? She still own a club or is it now multiple clubs? Is she still the secret daughter of Malcolm Merlyn? Did she join in the antics of the "Brat Pack" during the time of the G2 Titans? (If she did, I'm guessing her crazy stunts involved a lot of clubbing and possibly drugs like in Arrow)Β
