No, I like it! It's different from an eye patch or a scar across the face or something. I don't normally see the vein as a distinguishing facial feature. It's cool.

Thanks! I am going to read your stories hehe
so with the photoshop thing, how do you get him seperate? Do you highlight him by hand, or is there a rendering trick to getting people on transparent backgrounds? (Man I'd so love that if that were true lol)

Oh when I render, I don't render with a background. That way he's on his own separate layer and you can do whatever you want with just him. Cutting him out would be a pain and extremely tedious. I also save the render as a png, too - higher resolution and junk.

omg I did not know you could do that *just audibly squeeled* I have been hand cutting people out LOL !!!! It's been driving me nuts, or I render them in as close to a setting/background as I like, but sometimes you just want the person, you know? GAH! how do you render without a background? teach me, oh wise one!

You know I have no idea. I just set the background to black (always) and save as a .png. I use photoshop and it always shows up as a transparent background. Give that a try, when you're saving, remember to save as a png.
