The dreamlike setting with the fawn and the little girl make me think of the "Wood Where Things Have No Names" episode in Lewis Carroll's Alice Through the Looking-Glass.
A lot of people overlook this little segment in the book (as far as I know, it has not made it into any film adaptation) but it is one of my favorite parts: as soon as Alice enters the Wood, she finds that she cannot remember what she is called... she meets a fawn, which cannot remember what it is either, and it lets Alice put her arm around its neck and they walk together until they come out of the wood... whereupon Alice remembers her name, and the fawn suddenly remembers that it is a fawn and that Alice is a human child - and it immediately runs away from her in fright...
Your picture could almost be an illustration for the scene in which Alice and the fawn are both trying to remember what they are called. The girl's pensive look, and the fearless way the fawn approaches her, both fit the scene so well. The floating goldfish would certainly be right at home in the dreamworld of Looking-Glass Land, as well!
The soft, warm colors are so beautiful! I like the way the girl's bright aqua hair contrasts with the rich reds and golds of the forest.

Le plus dur, c'est de trouver ou de créer soi-même une jolie texture, après, l'incruster au dessin est assez simple ! ^^
