Description
Concept: Avatar people in the Wizarding Universe... Come on that must have crossed your mind at least once 8DZuko and Katara don't really represent any Harry Potter character. I was just wondering what house they would belong to if they were sorted, based on what their personalities are like and not their elements.

This immediately made me think of Dramione. They are pretty much in the exact same boat, except Hermione is a Gryffindor. Dramione and Zutara have always seemed really similar to me!

Ikr? That's partially the reason why I thought Katara should be in Ravenclaw... cause I wanted a Slytherin/Ravenclaw pairing OTL After much reflection, Katara should really be in Gryffindor...

I think she would probably be sorted into Gryffindor because of how headstrong she can be. She is smart, but she showed, on more than one occasion, that she can let her emotions rule her. That's why I would put her into Gryffindor. Maybe even Slytherin, because it corresponds to Water. I read that the four houses correspond to the elements, and Slytherin goes with water. Useless tidbit of info from a Potterhead!

So if Slytherin is water then Gryffindor is fire, Ravenclaw is air and Hufflepuff is earth?
But hluse colors should match their elements D: (except Gryffindor is correct) Haha, Just a pet peeve on colors and elements xD

That's right. It always bugged me about the colors not matching the "usual" colors for their elements, too!

I think that Zuko was more into family and honor to start with, also he was ambitious, when it came to capturing the Avatar (which would lead to getting his honor back) P:
Hahaha, idk to be honest. I went with mostly his desire for honor and that he is a pure-blood (royal-blood).

Yeah, I get what you're saying, too. But I read somewhere that the four elements correlate to the hour Houses like this: Ravenclaw-air. Hufflepuff-Earth. Gryffindor- Fire. Slytherin-water. XD Funny to think of the Avatar elements along those lines, but there it is.

Oh man, the house colors are mixing up everything in my brain (I was like no way can Slytherin be Water, water is blue and Slytherin is green, wait... yeah that makes sense HAHAHAHA XD ) But yeah if it were based on there Nations then I would have sorted Zuko and Katara that way, but I rather like sorting them based on personality, so yeah XD

Of course it crossed my mind. I don't like the show much because its so overly dramatic and the ending sucked, but that doesn't mean that I don't like the idea of the show and haven't 1) yelled at Katara on the TV for not going with Zuko and 2) imagined them at my favorite place: Hogwarts ^^
