Description
Since the Protectors now have names, I took the liberty of doing newer humanized designs for them. To see my previous set, here they are: The Protectors of Okoto .I guess nothing much else to say except you noticed that I wrote their names in the new Okoto language? I tried it out and it wasn't too hard to draw it out. As I say their names more, the more they fit Bionicle to me, and that goes for Bingzak as well. (Don't judge me, the little guy's starting to grow on me).

That's because the symbols on their masks are their Nuva symbols back in 2002.

That was amazing to learn they have actual names. I really don't get why they weren't call that in the sets.
I also can't believe the Protectors of Water and Earth are the opposite genders of what we would think they are.

They were probably given names after the sets were released. LEGO probably wasn't sure if the new Bionicle sets would be succesful.
By the way, did you know that the original Toa Mata had different names during their prototype stages? We had Flame (Tahu), Hook (Gali), Axe (Lewa), Kick (Pohatu), Claw (Onua) and Blade (Kopaka).
And, while I was surprised with the genders, I believe it does allow for more freedom when it comes to MOCs, as the genders are no longer element-specific.
