Description you can find a tutorial on making your own pack here.

To use this sample pack download it and then extract the "GWR" folder to the same directory as create.swf extended  (restart create.swf if it was open).
If done correctly a new menu option appears under:Insert->Custom.

I've been messing around with the idea of a customizable menu that can be filled with customs.
This feature does not add assets to the character parts list, and it only supports png images.
The download is a basic sample asset pack that you can see how everything works.
you can redistribute my assets in your own asset packs, if you want to include the backgrounds from this pack though, you'll need  's permission(except "generic interior" since I made that one).
assets not in this pack will need permission UNLESS, the author has specificly stated anyone can redistrubute the asset in question.

This menu appears after clicking:Insert->Custom. Custom is not visible in the menu if create.swf extended has no customs data.
the customs data(GWR.xml) is an xml file, that lets you specify categories, individual customs and the author(the person credited for making the custom itself).

the asset pack(aka GWR)'s URL can be changed in the options, even to online locations.

GWR stands for global walfas repository(the original concept was for a massive online community pack).

If you share a resource pack(a.k.a. GWR) make sure to ask for all the prop makers permission to reupload their assets,
and be sure they are credited properly, at the bare minimum;set the author attribute along with sorting the customs into the proper author folders, but you may want to credit each author on wherever you are sharing the pack as well.

"Even More Backgrounds!" belongs to .
"Just some samples"&"ReimuBros" belongs to  .

TL;DR: This allows people to create asset packs for either themselves or others, pack makers can put together snippets of code with some files that you can copy into your own mega pack, or have their own full asset pack that has everything already set up(like this sample pack).

Hmm, so you can't just drop a bunch of files in there - you need to also define them in the xml file?

Yeah flash can't scan folders and directories so i use the xml file to build the customs menu and fill it with all the file url data.
But I made a webapp that generates an asset xml from an asset pack, folder2xml  (requires an up to date google chrome).
I ended up making a tutorial on making asset packs .

I think I like Tenshi a bit more, and she's pretty fun to play as in Hisoutensoku.
