well the drawing is excellent, for some reason it brings a feeling of freedom... perhaps the flying etc... can't explian it.

kind of ironic then that they are extinct.

Recently extinct, I think, probably due the european colonisation in West Indian islands.

Note: very speculative, I never saw a pic or even a bone of them before.
