Description A simple animation of my OC's Tempest and Xeno transforming to their respective third forms (Shin Tempest and Orochi Xeno), before using their own fusion technique to create Ultimate Xenest, of which the palette is based on God Rugal.

This animation is also inspired by the first version of Joutenchi, a specialized God Orochi edit only seen in MUGEN, who was created by SamSouji of the Orochi MUGEN forum: [link]

Yeah. Judging from the sprites, they seem like they're done somewhere around 2006-2007. Besides, I'm already taking a liking to the redesigned Tempest/Xeno sheets.

Lolz I feel like I made a better way to do the fusion technique since the original fusion really embarassing even for Vegeta, Picolo and some other Z-Fighter

You did. But this fusion only applies to Tempest and Xeno as well as Gohan and Videl.
