One of two commissions that arrived from at about the same time back in May 2013.

Say "Konichiwa" to Naomi Sato. She is a newly-initiated Cadet in the Air Loli Corps, hence the sky blue of her uniform. Naomi seems to be a quiet, shy girl. She certainly is quiet, but she's far from shy, once you spend some time to get to know her better. Her sword's blade is a single large peacock feather, just perfect for tickling. As a Loli Cadet, Naomi trains in various lolicon-related arts, although she enjoys focusing a lot of her training on the neo-ancient martial art of Kusuguru, or Tickling. Her feather-sword is a highly effective weapon for such a martial art, and when used properly, can be devastatingly tickly. Naomi is extremely well-versed in many techniques of Kusuguru.

The Lolis sometimes spar with each other using various weapons (a sword, for instance, versus two daggers), and all that can be heard during these sessions is lots of pretty little lolis giggling up a storm. These extremely tickly weapons are not just limited to swords, but also daggers, axes, scythes, throwing stars, and spears.
