So cute, yet so bashful at the same time...or perhaps, cute because bashful? I can't decide. :3

For years of diligent service to the Land Loli Corps as a Second Lieutenant and a top-notch Kusuguru instructor, Sara was recommended for promotion (secretly, by the ever-impish little Lolly) and awarded it as a surprise at the same promotion ceremony as Love. She remained tickle-drunk for the rest of the day thanks to the tickly nature of the ceremony, and I'm sure she needed a good rest afterwards to calm down. Although, whether the troops gave her that rest, well....

Of course, for the promotion ceremony she had to wear her formal uniform - for the Lolis, it's a simple ankle-length A-line dress, but for the female officers it's an ankle-length ballgown. It makes her feel just so...girly and, well, kinda awkward. xD (Don't tell her she's cute, it'll just make her blush more lol)
