Somehow I don't think they're listening.

lol, it was the same rule here. Our former dog was a Cairn Terrier, but he really loved to look out of the window. So he had to jump on the armchair. It's too small for my huge monster-puppy now, so he has his own sofa.

Well, isn't Rule #2 "Let Sleeping Dogs Lie"? These guys may be breaking Rule #1, but I'm not sure I'd bring it up with them. The dude on the left is so tough and ornery he's chewing on his own leg, and the dude on the right looks like he is begging to have trouble come along and give him something to break...

I think I'd quote the movie "Silverado" and say, "Today, my jurisdiction ends here."

Humorous photo, here.

Aww the poor puppies. They are gorgeous.

LOL, your lucky my pup has chewed his way through 2 comfy chairs and 1 sofa. Just to say he is NOT allowed in the room with the new one lol

You mean, our furniture isn't made for our dogs?

ahaha!
I just hate when my dog does that!
But then again...he's so cute when he's asleep (that and his 80 kg, so no point in trying to push him )

RTyson In reply to quaddie [2009-11-22 17:21:34 +0000 UTC]

rule number one for ponies is 'don't poop in the cat litter tray'....obviously!

the furniture rule is rule number two for them

Doh! silly me.....

Our daughter got a 10 week pup (collie/lab mix crossed with a Alsation) and brought him to meet ours yesterday.....he accepted Grommit as dominant straight off,but was willing to "discuss" his position with Ziggy!!!...we are going to have fun there...
